1.3 entries from persons under 18 years of age or from outside northern ireland will not be eligible to win.

1.4 any entries made by ineligible persons will not be refunded and no prizes will be awarded

3.1 prizes are as stated on the website there are no alternatives.

3.2 prizes are subject to availability and may not be exchanged or transferred ,

4 winning selection& contact.

4.1 winners will be selected fairly on and in accordance to competition rules.

4.2 winners will be contacted  using the information provided at entry.

4.3 prizes will be provided upon successful contact and arrangement with the winner.

4.4 if a winner cannot be contacted within a resonable time, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5.1 the promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and residency 

5.2 failure to provide proof of age or residency can result in forfeiture and disqualification of prizes.

 

6 general

the promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
